More than 15 classes per week are FREE with all memberships. Most bike classes are 50-60 minute indoor cycling workouts where you ride to powerful music. All instructors are certified in Stages Power in order for you to get the most from your workout. Take on the terrain with your inspiring instructor who leads you through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, interval training, and more. Discover your athlete within – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high. Or you may wish to choose a more traditional Beats class where you keep the revolutions to the beat of the music as displayed on our viewing screen. Both are fun and a great workout.

Functional Training Space
IBG has created a functional training space to allow those looking for a high intensity style of workout to thrive. This space includes rigs, rings, bumper plates, ropes, medicine balls, and boxes. Rowers, Assault bikes, assault treadmill, and a Ski Erg round out this space to allow you to have a self contained workout experience. Check out our new sled turf and push sled! Only $20/month in addition to your membership or $5/day.

Locker Room Facilities
Both men’s and women’s locker rooms are complete with individual showers for your convenience. We also have day use lockers you may use for FREE or rent your own half ($8/month) or full ($12/month) locker for a monthly fee and store your belongings overnight. If you do not have a lock, we can certainly provide you with one of those to use as well.

Myzone is an innovative wearable heart rate based system that uses wireless and cloud technology to accurately and conveniently monitor physical activity. Myzone … Myzone monitors heart rate, calories and time exercising that convert into Myzone Effort Points (MEPs), with a focus on rewarding effort rather than fitness. We utilize this system in our group fitness and bike classes as an added option for you. A one time fee is required for the monitor and strap that belongs to you. This is a fun way to track your progress and take your fitness to a new level by being part of games and challenges.
