RedZone Sauna

Two Modalities in One; Six dual-wavelength red-light panels work with far and near-infrared heaters to provide the rejuvenating benefits of two separate services in one time-efficient session.  Far infrared (FIR) panels and near-infrared (NIR) quartz heaters create a consistent, balanced heating environment.   Six light panels target key areas, each delivering a blend of 600–650nm (targets skin health) and 800–850nm wavelengths (penetrates deeper for muscle, joint, and pain relief).  Eyewear protection is required while using this feature. 15 minutes maximum

HydroMassage

HydroMassage relieves muscle soreness, stress, and aids post-workout recovery. Sessions are 10-15 minutes, fully customizable for speed, intensity, location, and temperature.  Customizable Water Massage.  You will enjoy a fully personalized water jet massage while staying dry and fully clothed. Each session is self-guided and controlled by an intuitive touchscreen, making it simple to adjust pressure, speed, temperature and massage zones.

CryoLounge

The CryoLounge is an advanced recovery chair that delivers targeted cold to sore muscles and joints, paired with gentle heat in other areas for maximum comfort.  Unlike ice baths or complex setups, sessions are quick with a maximum of 15 minutes, clean and fully clothed. With six thermal zones and optional leg compression, CryoLounge lets you apply targeted cold where it’s needed most, while soothing heat elsewhere keeps the experience comfortable. 15 minutes max.
