Strictly bike is a form of exercise focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.  The difficulty is up to you as you are in control of your own tension.

*Passes are available at the desk 15 minutes prior to class.  Max of 23 please.
