Bike Blast is a 30-35 minute indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring instructor who leads you through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, interval training, and more. Discover your athlete within – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high. Check out the classes prior to or following these classes (conditioning camp or muscle pump for example) and consider doing both together.
