Functional Fitness Room

Designed for those with high intensity training on the mind or for those with a trainer.  It includes bumpers, bars, battle ropes, rings, slam balls, rowers, and much more.  Olympic lifts and controlled drops are allowed.

Space is limited in number so you can get to your workouts without interruption.  IBG membership plus an additional monthly fee required.
